Refund policy

Custom designs are non-returnable. If you are unhappy with the design, I am happy to work with you to come to a fair agreement and make sure you love your piece. 

For non-custom design, I am happy for you to exchange your item to the same value. 

If your item is faulty, I am happy to refund or replace. Please note this does not include damage caused by the wearers carelessness in looking after the jewellery. 

If the size isn't right, I'm happy to resize it. White gold resizes do incur a $55 fee to cover the rhodium plating. So please be careful when selecting white gold sizes. If you need a sizer, I am always happy to post one out free of charge :)
